Hello,

Please, make sure that 106 (poppasswd) port is open for localhost. Try to telnet to localhost to this port:

# telnet localhost 106

or run the following command on the server:

# nmap localhost -p106

Please, see the following article for more information:

Plesk is running Windows 2003 system. Server PopPassD was started (stop > start | restart). Could'n connect by telnet localhost 106

Here my result when nmap

Code:
C:\>nmap 112.78.6.18 -p106

Starting Nmap 5.00 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2009-12-09 09:18 SE Asia Standard Time

Interesting ports on 18-6-78-112.reverse.digipower.vn (112.78.6.18):
PORT STATE SERVICE
106/tcp closed pop3pw

Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 1.63 seconds

As you can see port 106 is closed now. Are you sure that corresponding service is running now? Did you tried restart it? Is there any related errors in Event Viewer regarding this service?

Thank support staff!

And my error (MS SQL 2000 and 2005 running)

Is there any error in Event Viewer? Did you checked system with antivirus?
