Question Password-protect whole site root using CLI

New Pleskian
Hi.

I am using Plesk Obsidian 18.0.39. I wish to be able to password-protect (HTTP Auth) a whole website root. I currently have to use either WordPress Toolkit (GUI) or Password-Protected Directories option via Plesk GUI. I wish to be able to do it using the CLI.

I am aware of protdir; however, I am not able to protect the whole site-root. For example, if the site root is current with path: /var/www/vhosts/xyz.com/current, I cannot password-protect it using protdir.
