Resolved perlscripts no longer runable

All of my perlscripts are no longer runable since today in the morning.
nginx reported an gateway error.
Any idea of what's going wrong?

Now even my index.html produces the same nginx error.

nginx is running
httpd is running

The forum users will either need more details, e.g. log error messages with more details on the situation from proxy (nginx) log and Apache (httpd) log, or you can blindly try to resolve the situation by
# plesk repair web

DNS-Server (Bind) was the bad boy.
I did a restart (nginx and apache too) and everything works fine now.
