  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Permission denied on Mail settings

Hello!

I have a WebAdmin license with dnssec as additional license.
Now without changing something I got the error Warning: Permission denied if I click on mail settings on any domain. I already tried this: https://kb.plesk.com/en/122104 and also this https://kb.plesk.com/en/120566 without any success.

The log of /var/log/plesk/panel.log is empty.

Any advise would be great,

Tim

Ps: i am admin

There are may be many different reasons for this issue, even database inconsistency. An in-depth investigation is required. But you can try to run first-aid commands

# plesk repair installation

or even

# plesk repair all

and

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components
