Honestly, that appeared only after a server reboot ( kernel update)
On other server is still not there.
Some cache somewhere i presume

Thats not a good answer. Obsididian is a bit bugy, we need php 7.4 on Onyx

It is not true.
You can wait for php 7.4 on Onyx if it is your choice, but I suggest you upgrade to Obsidian. You will get better Plesk with wished PHP7.4 immediately.

only if you DO NOT use courier-imap. otherwise you will have some dissatisfied customers.
