PHP 7 mostly internal server

Onlye php7 mostly The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

I think more than one challenge process gives the error.

a- Windows Server 2008 R2 Standart
b- MySQL Server 6.0
c- 32gb ram

Sometimes, internet server error occurs when i try to save anything in admin panel of my websites. (it is not Plesk Panel)
Website loads when i use F5 twice.
Also, sometimes images in websites do not load completely, i sent an example for this.
Images automatically forms thumb.
I think PHP7 occurs problems when i do something more than one.
I think internet server error occurs when many creating file process.
PHP 7 very fast, but the problem is only getting the PHP 7
