This would depend on the path to PHP; the simplest method to locate this would be to create a phpinfo file and upload it to the domain you were looking to modify,
in Tools and Settings, Choose General Settings, at the bottom you'll find php settings, once you click you'll find a tab with php.ini where you can modify.
