PHP MKDIR OWNED apache User/Group.

Hi,

When a php framework try to create a new folder, it's created with apache: apache owner instead the user and group owned the root folder.

the PHP safe_mode is set to off.

i need help to solve this. Thx.

Please run PHP as FastCGI or CGI as opposed to an Apache Module ..
