• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

PHP Support Component was not installed

I've upgraded Plesk 7.6.1 to 8.1 because 7.6.1 was working very slow.

Everything seems to work, except webmail and (my problem) I cannot select/deselect PHP Support for domains.

All I see is "Component was not installed".

If it is possible, from where can I install that component, or what can I do ?

sergius, thank you for your replys.
I've reinstalled Horde and the php used for horde from the Plesk installation package and webmail seems to work now.

Thanks

Horde and PHP

How did you reinstall Horde and PHP, I would like to try it, I am having similar issues with webmail.mylittleservers.com

BTW...
extension_dir ="E:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\Php\extensions"

With the Plesk Installation Package first select Modify to modify the installation and remove WebMail package and PHP 4 where it says "required by WebMail" or something similar. Than do another modify and add them again.
