• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Issue PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library /newrelic.so

bkhayes

Basic Pleskian
Symptoms: Noticed that PHP-FPM was shutting down unexpectedly after about 10-12 hours after being restarted and throwing a 502 Bad Gateway on all sites. Temporarily switched to PHP version 7.2.13 from 7.3.0 to see if this would resolve anything.

What I noticed: Been getting the following PHP warning after running this command: service php-fpm status. Not sure if it's related?

Jan 01 11:00:48 uXXXXXXXX systemd[1]: Starting The PHP FastCGI Process Manager...
Jan 01 11:00:48 uXXXXXXXX php-fpm[7977]: [01-Jan-2019 11:00:48] NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php/modules/newrelic.so' - /usr/lib64/php/modules/newrelic.so:...Unknown on line 0

Jan 01 11:00:48 uXXXXXXXX systemd[1]: Failed to start The PHP FastCGI Process Manager.
Jan 01 11:00:48 uXXXXXXXX systemd[1]: Unit php-fpm.service entered failed state.
Jan 01 11:00:48 uXXXXXXXX systemd[1]: php-fpm.service failed.

Desired Outcome: Get rid of the PHP Warning and resolve the issue of PHP-FPM shutting down unexpectedly.

Server Specs: Plesk Version 17.8.11 Update #35 | PHP 7.3.0, run PHP as FPM application served by nginx | CentOS Linux 7.6.1810 (Core)‬

PHP Specs: All set to default settings for each domain

Thank you!
