Issue phpmysql only can upload 2mb sql

hi sorry to my english i am from spain.
I cant upload more than 2mb in phpmysql, i change my archive php.ini to 128M and restart the server but i see max upload 2M EN PHPMYsql algain.

I check info.php and i see 128Mb but in phpmysql only can upload 2Mb...

what append? i need change another code?
