Place for your reports

Dear Pleskians,

I have created special forum sub-section Reports with the special behaviour of Post New Thread button.
When you click this button in this forum sub-section, you will be able to fill and submit your reports to Plesk developers.
After form submitting you or anyone can comment this thread with submitted report.

Please be careful and do not submit any found problem with this template!
Double check that it is really the bug and you can reproduce it!

Unable to post on this page with android​

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:

Android 7, Chrome​

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

The keyboard disappears when I want to type data in this box. It doesn't matter which keyboard I choose. Normally I use Swype, but it does the same with the Google keyboard​

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Browse with chrome to this page using an android phone that's set to mobile.

Start typing in the big edit boxes​

ACTUAL RESULT:

As above.

I can workaround this by asking the desktop version. That is what I'm using now.​

EXPECTED RESULT:

Keyboard stays when typing in box​

Not the rest. Only in the big boxes when creating the report.

Yes, really. Looks like a bug. But problem in that Xenforo Simple Form plugin is not developed anymore Simple Forms [Paid] [Deleted]

A workaround is to set Chrome into desktop mode
