  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Plan changed for "CloudFlare ServerShield Plus Advanced" active users

CloudRaft

New Pleskian
Hi there,

We noticed that since 3rd April, the newly added domains are no longer have the permission to use WAF/Polish/Mirage in CloudFlare. These functions are covered in the documentation here as well as the description under the Plesk Extension: CloudFlare ServerShield Plus Advanced.
Yet, no official announcement has been made about this change. I only find this answer from the forums staff.

Here is my question:
1. Is it possible to fix this issue (no permission for WAF/Polish/Mirage) for the existing users? Because you've mentioned that:
>If you already have it installed, you will be able to continue using the extension until you uninstall it.
2. Any update about the talk with CloudFlare?
3. Would you please make an official announcement for the current situation? Some of our customers rely heavily on this extension, they are not satisfied with our explanation.

Thanks and all the best,
Jason
