• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

i tried to upgrade my forum this morning and did a backup before i do anything.
but when i try to restore it, the restoring system does not seem to work
my website is still the way it is.
i also tried to delete the whole folder and then restore,
I tried it couple times in many ways but no luck,
please help me out.

You should try opening the backup file with a zip extractor (EG winrar) You should be able to extract the dir you require and then replace it manually to the appropriate location.

Hi,

In order to restore web content physical hosting should be removed from domain before restoration or remove domain entirely.

Hosting can be removed at domain management page in Plesk.
