Plesk 10.2: E-mail API creation

Hi All,

We currently in the process of upgrading from 9.5 to 10.2 in order for our dev team to get access to the API but one of the dev guys has been playing around with the trial and has told me that you can create new e-mail accounts via the API but they are always disabled and you have to log into the CP to enable them. Is this correct? If it is it seems like a huge oversight. Are there any known ways around this?
