Plesk 10.2 Error on mysql-client update and blank page

Hello all,

I am getting a blank page error 500 on https://localhost:8443
and when i try to update i get plesk 10.2 'mysql-client' has been failed with code 3

also on https://localhost:8443/smb i get error 500

in php_error.log i get
[27-Jun-2011 17:03:48] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function in_vzcp_proxy() in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 2678

Any ideas ? ?

I have run reconfigurator checked perms , checked components but no luck..


I also downloaded the new http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP10/10.2.0/Windows/parallels_installer.exe in order to try to update the installation.. and now i get

"There are no products for your operating system ( Microsoft Windows-server 5.2-sp2 i386 ) available from the selected source." ??????

So from the 10.1 installer i was able to update to 10.2 and now from the 10.2 installer "There are no products for your operating system" ?

I am using Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 2

Is it supported or not? Because my installation was working fine until I updated to 10.2.

Also when i run the 10.1 installer it recognizes my installation and i can check for updates.
With the 10.2 installer i get "There are no products for your operating system ( Microsoft Windows-server 5.2-sp2 i386 ) available from the selected source."

So here is the question..

If plesk 10.2 is not supported by my OS, why the installer let me update it ?

Looks like you have old version of autoinstaller. Follow http://kb.odin.com/en/9221
