Actually if you install Plesk 11.0.9, it is signed as pre release

if you change source you can get the stable version

This is the mirror (for ubuntu) to set during installation:

http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_11.0.9/plesk-11.0.9-ubt12.04-x86_64.inf3

or generally you can choose the right inf3 file for a different OS visiting:

http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_11.0.9

but ATTENTION this kind of installation is to be verified, in fact during installation i got a dependency problem for (indispensable) site builder component. I tried many many solution without success.

Why not just run

Code:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --source=http://64.131.90.31

Installation

you can get autoinstaller in:
http://www.parallels.com/download/plesk/
copy it on the server, make it executable before to launch

to launch installation use:
./parallels_installer(YOURVERSION) --web-interface

for example for ubuntu autoinstaller:
./parallels_installer_v3.12.0_build120601.16_os_Ubuntu_12.04_x86_64 --web-interface

then continue installation into web interface:
https://YOURIPACCRESS:8447/

into web interface, change source mirror as i explained before
