Status
Not open for further replies.
Hi Kirill. I've use Plesk 11.0.9 now. Can i update to 11.5 now? If i update this then does it make any problem? Sorry it's my first update, i really don't know. I've about 25 customer in my server.

Yes, you can. It should work.
We have limited program of test migrations inside TAP program - http://www.parallels.com/tap. If it is interesting for you, you may send me private message (on forum) with your email.

PHP-FPM isn't available yet, is it?
It's not listed in the Plesk 11.5.29 installer on this location:
Note: To make the option Process PHP by nginx available, install PHP-FPM support in Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove components > Plesk hosting features > nginx web server and reverse proxy support > PHP-FPM support for nginx.

Dree, as said in component description, you need to manually add any third-party repository containing valid php-fpm before launching Parallels Installer if your OS repositories do not provide one. Recommended third-party repository (if required) is shown in the component description as well. Parallels will not be providing custom builds of php-fpm.

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/php check_db.php
Could not open input file: check_db.php

None of the commands on both pages you suggested works...

Does not seem to be a database problem, I just check, optimized and auto-repair all databases and table with mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair -c -o --all-databases and still have the same problem.

Hi again. I've fix the problem. (yum upgrade) I've upgrade to 11.5.29 now. It's really good. Just i've get one error from my website. Could you help me please? How can i fix it?

Install the ionCube loader package (php-ioncube-loader, if I'm not mistaken) provided by Parallels. If you have one already, you may try to reinstall the loader itself using a command like:

# /usr/sbin/ion-loader.sh install

Sorry, but I cannot look up the exact path to script right now, but it should be quite similar to the one above.

Don't forget to restart Apache.

Parallels what have you done.... is there a way to downgrade ? the 11.5 backups do not work on 11.0 so not an option!

How can i found this file? Or any different way to resolved problem?

OK, I looked up the path and package name.

Path to the script: /usr/sbin/ion_loader.sh
Package name: php5-ioncube-loader

I assume you have CentOS 5 i386. So go grab the package from Parallels:
# wget http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_11.5.29/dist-rpm-CentOS-5-i386/contrib/php5-ioncube-loader-4.2.2-13031415.i386.rpm
and install it via yum:
# yum install php5-ioncube-loader-4.2.2-13031415.i386.rpm

That should fix you problem.

IIRC, there is an option somewhere is UI that does exactly that.

No, downgrade is not possible. It's a good practice to make a full backup before upgrade.

yes its precisely the option that stopped working. i can even rename a domain but cannot change the www.domain.tld .

Some guy on plesk 11.5 for windows also reports the same problem after update

Dree, as said in component description, you need to manually add any third-party repository containing valid php-fpm before launching Parallels Installer if your OS repositories do not provide one. Recommended third-party repository (if required) is shown in the component description as well. Parallels will not be providing custom builds of php-fpm.
Hi Nikolay,

atomic repository is available and I'm able to install php-fpm from commandline, but it's not available in the parallels installer or through:
Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove components > Plesk hosting features > nginx web server and reverse proxy support > PHP-FPM support for nginx

SavasLevent, did you originally attempt to switch from php53 to php5 (directly or indirectly)? Maybe you even had atomic or remi repositories enabled?

Hi Nikolay,

atomic repository is available and I'm able to install php-fpm from commandline, but it's not available in the parallels installer or through:
Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove components > Plesk hosting features > nginx web server and reverse proxy support > PHP-FPM support for nginx

Dree, what error in Web UI and /tmp/autoinstaller3.log do you get?

Works for me from Web UI, provided php-* packages are installed (not php53-*) with version 5.3. (Since this is the only php-fpm version available from Atomic. You may check with # yum info php-fpm)
