  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk 11.5 Service Plans Suggestion & problem, Profile & Preferences problem

Nethub - J

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have got some problem in the Plesk 11.5, anyone can provide advise or the Plesk team can fix the problem.

- Problem 1
In the "Service Plans" part, even i set the "php safe mode is on", but creating Subscriptions is still "php safe mode off"

- Problem 2
In the "Profile & Preferences", i have set the information as below.
1. Contact Name: Plesk Master
2. email: [email protected]

When i received the notification (e.g. such as i created site), i will receive the notification from 3 mail address (Plesk@server hostname, Master@server hostname, [email protected]).
We think that only the notification from ([email protected]) is normal and don't know why (Plesk@server hostname, Master@server hostname) will send the mail to us.

- Problem 3 (Maybe is a suggestion)
In the "Service Plans" part, there is no option for setting the "Preferred domain" (seoRedirectDirection).
it is very inconvenience, because we need to set the "Preferred domain" (seoRedirectDirection) again and again after created the site.
It is possible to add this setting in the "Service Plans" part?

Hope that some one can provide the advise to us and the Plesk Team can solve the problem, thank you.
