Plesk 12.5 Mail Tab unavailable in control panel

Hi all,

Just upgraded a server with plesk 12.5 then the mail panel was available and after one unknown operation it is impossible to access the mail control (to create address etc...)

I already tried this kb :

But with no success.

Any Idea about conflickting plugin or something like this ?

Also, in the control panel all the quota are set to "0" and it is not possible to change the value.

What sort of output do you have with this command:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/domain --info yourdomain.com | grep 'Mail service'

?

BTW, I have same problem on 1 specific domain on my Plesk 12.5 installation.
The mail service is turned off on this domain, and I'm unable to activate it.

please consider to avoid cross-postings, because it might not only confuse forum - users, but as well the people that are willing to help you with suggestions and investigations. Try to stick to ONE thread only, with the same issue, or issues, which may depend on a other issue from the same service.

Some show On, some show Off.

put the command to make the one "Off"=>"On" but they stay "Off"

For me the problem has been solved (mail tab restore) with the synchro of the customer package and the domain/account.

This after many try to repair via bootstrap

@Bertatum Didn't work for me the sync. So I'll try something else in another thread that I will not mention here.
