  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk 12.5 Wordpress Toolkit bug

bulent

Regular Pleskian
Hi,
new clean Plesk 12.5 install on CentOS 7.1 with MariaDB10 shows some errors when you try to uninstall a plugin using WordPress toolkit.
So I have 4 Wodrpess installs, with different plugins, but as you can see in the attachment WooCommerce is installed only in one of the instances, but when you select it and click Uninstall, WP Toolkit returns 3 errors that Woocommerce install is invalid. When you refresh the page, selected plugin is removed.
At the moment it seems like WP Toolkit checks all 4 WP installs and returns error for these three installs where the plugin is not installed.

@bulent,

The issue reported is very likely to be a WordPress related issue, not a WordPress Toolkit related issue.

The WordPress databases are, in general, messy: plugins and their settings often do remain in the database, even after plugin removal.

Check the options table in the WordPress databases and remove any unnecessary entries (note that some of the settings are hidden in large strings, be aware of that).

Also note that, when using the WordPress Toolkit on a VPS, running on a server that also has the WordPress Toolkit, behaviour of the Toolkit on the VPS can be somewhat erratic.

In general, most of the erratic errors of the WordPress Toolkit can be safely ignored.

Nevertheless, it always adviceable to do a rescan and/or do a solid cleanup of WordPress databases.

Regards.....
