Plesk 12 Update failed

RobHost

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

A daily Pleskupdate fails every time, I try to start it. Information about our system:

OS: Centos 6.6
Plesk: 12.0.18
Server: dedicated

Plesk update tried to install the following Update: psa-updates-12.0.18-cos6.build1200150224 but failed with the following error:

Fatal error during packages installation: [u'ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:', 'sw-engine >= 2.13.12 is needed by psa-updates-12.0.18-cos6.build1200150224.15.noarch', u'Please report this error at http://bugs.centos.org/set_project....centos.org/bug_report_page.php?category=yum']
YumRPMCheckError: [u'ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:', 'sw-engine >= 2.13.12 is needed by psa-updates-12.0.18-cos6.build1200150224.15.noarch', u'Please report this error at http://bugs.centos.org/set_project....centos.org/bug_report_page.php?category=yum']

sw-engine was installed in the version 2.13.11 and I updated it manually to the version 2.13.12 but the error is still the same.

Output of 'yum info sw-engine':

Name : sw-engine
Arch : x86_64
Version : 2.13.12
Release : centos6.201502091549
Size : 48 M
Repo : installed
From repo : /sw-engine-2.13.12-centos6.201502091549.x86_64
Summary : Plesk panel interpreter
License : Proprietary

I also tried an repair via /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair but it didn't helped.

Thanks for your help.

Just a quick one:
Do you get that error when you run the autoinstaller manually from Shell?

Yes I get the error, when I run the autoinstaller manually from shell and even when I try to install the plesk Update via rpm...

root@server: rpm -i psa-updates-12.0.18-cos6.build1200150224.15.noarch.rpm
root@server: Error: failing dependencies:
sw-engine >= 2.13.12 wird benötigt von psa-updates-12.0.18-cos6.build1200150224.15.noarch

Looks like the system has not yet detected the newly upgraded sw-engine ...Am really not sure why, the parallels team will advice!
However, had you already tried rebooting the server? Perhaps it can make a difference ...

I'm not sure, if it will really help. It is a customer server and so I don't like to reboot the server to often.
