Issue Plesk 17.8.11 mysql 5.7

Hello
Today i installed windows server 2016 datacenter (clean install) and updated it first.
and finally i nstalled plesk wia GUI
I got this error.
i think this is mysql 5.7 or plesk bug.

I am not an expert, but if I read how much issues come with 5.7 .....you probably want mysql 5.6, not 5.7?
How to upgrade MySQL 5.6 to 5.7 on Windows
