  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

E: The repository 'http://autoinstall.plesk.com/pool/PSA_18.0.45_9299 focal Release' no longer has a Release file.

As i can see Index of /pool there is no 18_0_45 folder.

# plesk installer install-panel-updates doesn't work either? This should only update Plesk components, and from there you'll again be up-to-date to also include system components in updates.

I am a little bit dissapointed that noone can help answering this issue.
Despite the fact that plesk is running on a still supported operating system I am not able to pass the validation of the form to add a service ticket.

I received guidance from the support department, which helped to solve the problem. For future users who face the message:
ERROR: There is no product with ID '<default=plesk>' at the installation source. Run Plesk Installer with the --show-releases option or the 'list' command to get the list of products and their latest releases available for installation. Use the --show-all-releases option or the 'list-all' command to get the list of all products and their releases from the installation source.

Steps to follow:
You need to verify the source of your Plesk installation.
/root/.autoinstallerrc

If there is a line in the file:
SOURCE="http://autoinstall-archives.plesk.com"
it should be removed or commented out.

Then it is worth updating the keys for the new installation source:
curl -s https://autoinstall.plesk.com/plesk.gpg | gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring gnupg-ring:/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/plesk.gpg --import && chown _apt /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/plesk.gpg
