Could not reproduce it on CentOS 7 or Debian 11. Please provide exact steps to reproduce the issue.

you have to be logged into plesk as a reseller and then open the toolkit

This morning it suddenly works again without an update. at least I can't find any reference to an update.

It helped yesterday as I tested this. Obsidian 18.0.46 Update #1 is the latest version, and there was no recent Joomla! Toolkit update, as well.
