Here is my problem.

I've got a "client account" on my linux managed hosting. I want to migrate the client to my windows box whilst keeping the existing clients.

I doubt very much i'll be able to get administrator access to the linux box for the migration.

Is there any way they can supply me with a backup of my "client account" that I can import into my windows plesk?

Are there any problems Linux > Windows?

Are there any things to look out for?

Hello.
You should have administrator access both to your Windows and Linux server to migrate your accounts with Plesk for Windows Migration Manager. Unfortunately there is no possibility to restore domain backup from Plesk for Linux into Plesk for Windows.
