• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

hello. I`m migrating a system to Plesk 8.0 on Debian. transfering account and http should be fairly easy, but how can i keep the users password unchanged ??
Right now i`m running sendmail on rh 9.0, all the users passwords are in /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow. Is there any way to transfers those passwords to plesk ? I plan to use mail.sh, but i have to give him a PLAIN password, so he can move it to database and right know i only have encrypted passwords in /etc/passwd /etc/shadow. Anybody done something like that before ? I don`t want to crack the password either. Any help/advise will be apreciated.
