Plesk 8.0 update to 8.1.1, does it upgrade Mysql

Hi,
I have Plesk 8.0 on Fedora Core 2 at the moment.
This is using Mysql 3.23.58-16.FC2.1 at present.
I'd like to upgrade Mysql to at least 4.x. Is this taken care of if I choose the upgrade in Please to move to 8.1.1 ?

If not, is there another way which is detailed anywhere to move from Mysql 3 to 4 on Plesk 8 with FC2?

Many thanks,,
Mike

No, plesk uses what is installed by the vendor.

Thanks, after I did some more reading I figured this out. Is the best way to upgrade to Mysql 4.X by using your repository then?
I'm running FC2 with Plesk 8.0, I had a look over your excellent site but could not see much details on FC2 packages? I'm sure I missed it.

Thanks
Mike

Ive discontinued support for FC2 since it is now EOL, but there are still some older mysql 4.1 packages still in the atomic channel on the 3es.atomicrocketturtle.com server.
