  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 9.0.0 statistics not up2date

udoersam

New Pleskian
Hi Suporters,

after the upgrade from Plesk 8.6.0 to 9.0.0 the statistics are not up to date.
It seems that the statistics are not updating automatically.
I manually run the statistics script. The last update was on Dec. 14th. 4:32.
Even if I run the script manually today. The stats are not beeing updated.

I changed the statistics from awstats to webalizer. There were some new entries.
Changed the statistics back to awstats and running again the statistics script the
statistics says:
Last Update: Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page)

The server is an opensuse 10.3 64 bit system. New installed on sunday 14th. And
all Domains were restored from an old backup from Plesk 9.0.0. All Domains are working
fine.

What to do?

Please help.

Yours faithfully

Solution found

On my webserver the awstats.pl was located in /srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats directory.
The statistics script tried to open it from : /srv/www/cgi-bin
So I just copied the folder contents of /srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats to /srv/www/cgi-bin/
Although the configuration files are set to /srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats.

How to change that?

My problem is fixed.

this issue was long time ago also on older Plesk Versions, you can modify the Path for awstats in the psa.conf

AWSTATS_BIN_D /srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats
