Plesk 9.0.1 MySQL Database error

I have just installed Plesk 9.0.1 in our windows server.
MsSQL database is added in server database list but when i try to add MYSQL database it is fetching a error "Failed to connect to database: Host 'abitindiaserver.local.abitindia.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server".

However mysql in installed and runing and shown in commponent area.

Can anyone help me on it ??
