PLESK 9.0 - Error 503 - Service cannot start

Hello,
opening PLESK over the browser i get "Error 503 - Service unavailable"...i checked if the service is running, but it wasn't.
So i tried to start the service but it terminates itself instantly after i start it with a warning looking similar like this:
"This service is not used by other services and will now be terminated. Some Services are terminated if they are not in use!"
All other Services on wich ControlPanel depends are running correctly.
I don't know anymore what to do and i'm hopeing for useful suggestions and answers!
Really need PLESK back up.
