Plesk 9.2.2 cannot remove IP from control panel in grey

Since we put Plesk 9.2.2, we are not able to remove any IP from the control panel the check box is grey.

I need to removed one IP asap

Hi,

Try re-reading IP addresses from Home > IP addresses > Re-read

If this does not help then you can try removing this IP address using command line utility ipmanage:

Also before removing IP make sure that there are no domains using it and it is not present in IP pool of existing clients.
