plesk 9.5.4 Linux sending spam

I just upgraded the mailserver to the latest update as of Thursday, as I've been dealing with the mailserver sending out massive spam on its own since Oct 15. However, I am trying to get unlisted from all of these blacklists now, and one of them said it still sees massive spam coming from our IP address as of last night 7pm Central Time.
The server now shows 9.5.4 is fully up to date, but it's still sending out spam. I have 200 messages in the queue for customers trying to send to their customers and they are being blocked. What do I need to do to get this fixed?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Plesk server is sending out spam on its own

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
200 emails are stuck in the queue and vendors are listing our email reputation as "bad".

ACTUAL RESULT
Emails are getting bounced

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect to be able to send mail normally.

Thats a great article, at least for qMail. Is there such an article for PostFix?

Doing a search for "spam postfix" in the KB doesnt really return anything useful for diagnosing spam like the qmail article does.
