PLESK Account login Error: Login is incorrect

Hi, i created a new domain account and i try to connect to it through plesk like this:
https://mynewaccount.com:8443/ but when i put the login and password , it gives me the error "Error: Login is incorrect", is there anything that i have to configure ???
