plesk and external mail servers

Hi,

i am a operator for some plesk machines and i have trouble with my mail.

When you sent a e-mail from the plesk server to a domain also on the same plesk machine but with it's own external mailserver the messages are beeing bounched.

Can anyone please help me?

Lanz, can you please let us know how this was corrected? I have the same problem/

You have to disable the mail server for that particulair domain. Change te mail a record to the external mail server and it wil work.

Yes, your plesk server was delivering the mail to itself since it has the domain in its locals...
