Plesk API

I need to write some web application thats allow to fill some data (domain name, files for site, etc) and than sends it to plesk.

Does plesk have any API for registering new site. Or i need do such things by POSTing data to Plesk forms?

Thanks, does Plesk RPC allow restore of database to MSSQL server? (documentation is about old RPC version, so maybe now resotring is aviable via Plesk RPC)

Unfortunately Plesk cannot restore databases via API-RPC.
