Plesk Auto Update broken

I have successfully updated plesk to 12.0.18 but now the auto updater is broken

It states that there are components that need to be updated, but when i run the update, it says that they are already installed and the latest version.

When I try to use the panel after the upgrade, it comes up with this error

Internal error:
ODBC error #HY000: [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Access denied for user 'apsc'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I have tried removing and reinstalling the components but the same errors return

Any help would be appreciated

try to run the following command

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

i ran the command, but it still shows 2 available updates, and when i run the update, the following output is shown:

with standard Centos, epel and atomic repository active I have newer rpms.

mod_security-2.8.0-14050714.x86_64
psa-proftpd-1.3.4d-cos6.build1200140507.14.x86_64

try yum update with atomic repo disabled:

#yum update --disablerepo=atomic

This will probably solve your package problem but I doubt it will solve your mysql problem.

I have found an automated function in plesk to fix the db error, but it breaks again every day after the updates fail.

Could you try to reproduce problem with disabled 'priorities' yum plugin?

It worked after I disabled priorities

would it have been another repository that broke it, and could you tell me if one of my repos is incompatible with plesk?

Alex,

it is known problem with yum 'priorities' plugin. Just disable plugin if you do not have any necessity to use it. Plesk does not require this yum plugin and their collaboration is not guaranteed.
