Plesk Backup Error

Hello,
I am getting following error whenever I run backup for domains from plesk CP

Error: Unable to create backup session: Can not start agent_runner /var/lib/psa/dumps/tmp/2008-05-23-17.21.53.140591: file does not exist or is not executable: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/agent_runner

Any idea would be highly appreciated.
