Plesk Stop Services.
Create Backup File
Upload the File
Only after upload Start Services


But you/Swsoft create a new plesksrv.exe for change this...

Thank you for the report.

We cannot reproduce the issue in our lab in neither Plesk 8.3 nor Plesk 8.4.
