Plesk Billing: Import Clients Info from Panel ?

Some one know if is it possible to import clients info from Plesk control panel (8.6) into Plesk Billing ?.

billing automatically to get clients from plesk?

I would have thought that integrated means that once installed all my plesk clients, domains and servces ect are automatically displayed with in billing - but it appears not - why not? can they be imported? I'm so confused.

I guess what I am asking is...

can i 'import' lcients from plesk?
if i add to plesk will it be autoamtically reflected in Billing? or must a maual sync be done?
if a client registers and pays for a domain is it set up in plesk automatically too? or is this a manual process too?

those kind of how intergrated is 'fully integrated'

any light on these Q's is most appreciated.
