Plesk billing install error ubuntu 8.04TLS

Hi all,

I use Plesk 9.2.1 with Ubuntu 8.04TLS x64.
I have installed plesk with but I have a problem with Plesk Billing.
When I try to install only Plesk bulling I have this error:

If I try to upgrade the ubuntu release with command "apt-get upgrade" I have this error:

I don't understand the problem, I have to try a new plesk installation to virtual machine but I have the same error ever.

Any idea?
