Can i used plesk bin pleskbackup without license activation ??

like this command:

plesk bin pleskbackup --domains-name example.com -exclude-pattern httpdocs/assets --output-file="/var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/example.com.zip" -v

Yes, I mean: is it possible to run the plesk backup utility via commands without needing an active license for the Plesk panel?

If your Plesk license expired, you should still be able to run the pleskbackup utility.

Also you could always try using the CLI utility and see if it works without needing to ask first since most utilities will work with an expired license.
