• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

On CentOS Linux 7.8.2003 (Core) running Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.28 Update #3, we've been seeing the following:

We dutifully hit Continue and while the process completes as follows, Plesk continues to show "Component updates are available" -

For any interested (or just plain bored readers) of this post, the issue, albeit a bit difficult to tell from the lack of a more meaningful error, stemmed from the same circumstances detailed here so by disabling priority protections, running the update, and then re-enabling it as documented in Pavel Rozental's KB article, all is well again in Plesklandia.

Apparently some upstream mirrors were slow to reflect a newer PostFix version that Plesk wanted to install, hence this behavior but some better messaging couldn't have hurt.
