Plesk dedicated and Virtuozzo

Is it possible to have Plesk dedicated and Virtuozzo coexists on the same physical server, as separate installations?

For example, i'd like to set up a machine that i will be able to use for shared hosting as well for VPS services. Virtuozzo's VPSes can have their own Plesk inside Virtuozzo installations, however there's going to be a standalone Plesk for dedicated server installation outside Virtuozzo, on the same machine.

Is this feasible, or is it likely that there are going to be conflicts between the 2 products?
