Add ability to set up 128 value for flags field of CAA record as it can be used as security measure.

Section: Plesk DNS Settings for Domain
Typ: CAA
Name: @
VALUE only 0 for non critical: 0 issue "letsencrypt.org"
VALUE 128 for critical not implemented so far: 128 issue "letsencrypt.org"

-> every CAA Record is going to be added with VALUE 0 for non Critical CAA
