Issue Plesk doesn't send emails

Hi,
In Plesk Control Panel - Tools & Settings - Plesk - Notifications
I set in Send notice to: administrator all notifications.
unfortunately, plesk does not send any emails.
I created sites, I created clients, etc. etc.,
but I I don't have received any email from plesk, neither as an administrator, nor as a client.
can you help me?

I entered a new customer and then deleted it
no emails have arrived, neither at the clinete, nor at the administrator
