  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk Error Log

This is probably a simple question, but how do I either turn on the Plesk error log, or find out where the Plesk error log is. I've seen in other threads where people refer to the "Plesk Error Log", which appears to be named simply "error.log", but I cannot find this anywhere on my system. Plesk is also not logging errors to /var/log/messages either.

I'm having some problems trying to set the option for users to manage their Spam Filter, getting the "Cannot exec spammng -c -C, Unable to start service" error. Couldn't find any specific working solutions, but noticed many of them referred to the error log. Can't find that either, so maybe a good start would be to have Plesk tell me what's wrong first. :)

thanx.
