Plesk Error not login [Help]

I can not login.
I do localhost entry "ERROR: session_exceptio's: Unable to set up a default locale: default locale does not exist or is undefined. (Panel.php: 75)"
I get an error.
MySite: 8880 When I log in as "500 - Internal server error." I Ailyn error.

First of all try to repair your Plesk server with repair utility, if you have Plesk 12.5 version.
