Plesk Error: system user update is failed

Hi,

I've just installed plesk 10.1.1 on centos 5.5 and I was trying to add new Customer and getting an error as mentioned below.

Error message:

Error: system user update is failed: Unable to create system user: usermng: PAM password change failed: 20, Authentication token manipulation error System error 111: Connection refused

System configuration:

Cent OS 5.5 64Bit
Hard Disk : 50GB
Plesk version: 10.1.1


Can any one help of this?
