Resolved Plesk firewall question about blocking an IP range

Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.47 Update #4,
Am i right in think that adding this to the IP banning rule
172.70.0.0/16 will block every IP coming from 172.70? and likewise adding 172.0.0.0/8 would block the entire network?
